Niedzielny ranek. Słońce świeci, ptaszki śpiewają, soczysta zieleń, kwiaty w pełnym rozkwicie. Weekend. Lekko na duszy, uśmiech sam się na usta pcha, a po ich otwarciu jakieś dziwne wylatują dźwięki, udające piosenkę ;) A w głowie błoga beztroska. To te chwile dla których warto żyć! :) O takich chwilach niejeden wielki i pomniejszy artysta "coś" napisał, jakąś fraszkę, piosenkę, wiersz ... ze mnie żaden poeta, nawet ten "pomniejszy", dlatego wkładam buty i wyruszam w świat! ;)
Dzisiaj cała jestem w różach: ulubiona bluzka mamy (a teraz moja) w małe różyczki. Jest kilka numerów za duża ale dzięki temu świetnie wpisuje się w "oversize-owy" trend. Spódnica - w haftowane kwiaty, w tym i róże. Kupiłam ją dawno temu w sklepie z odzieżą ze Skandynawii ;) Ten haft bardziej pasuje mi do naszych góralskich motywów ale widocznie Skandynawowie też są fanami róż ;D Buty to damska wersja oxfordów w białym kolorze. Mała, czerwona torebka, przywieziona z pierwszych wyjazdów do Włoch i prawie niewidzialne skarpetki :)
I taka moja dzisiejsza stylówka: cała w różach i na tle róż! :)
Ah,
... that summer time Sunday morning feeling: a gentle warmth of
sunshine, birds chirping and tweeting, a freshness of air after a night
time rain,
a sweet scent of flowers in full bloom and a softness of lawn grass,
still with droplets of morning dew, feeling beautifully invigorating on
walking bare feet; probably nothing can beat it.

Yes
indeed, it feels like smiling and singing, it feels light and happy in
the heart, blissfully carefree in the mind, maybe even poetically
creative for
some and for others, like myself, zestful and perky, so lacing my shoes
and off into the day and off into the world!
Styling:
“floral patterns are now trendy again” says and reads everywhere.
“Hmn”, I react a little
surprised, as I always believed they never really went off fashion,
equally with polka dots, checks and stripes, but I do agree that there
is no better time for wearing florals than indeed
in summer?
Today, all about roses.
The blouse, formerly my Mum’s favourite, now mine, in tiny roses,
a few sizes too big and as oversized, additionally trendy. The skirt,
embroidered in flowers and chiefly roses among them -
bought years ago in the shop selling clothes from Scandinavia and
though the embroidery is somehow very reminiscent of our highlanders’
folk motifs, it only proves that Scandinavians also greatly appreciate
floral patterns and roses in particular.
Shoes are the female version of ‘oxfords’, in white.
The handbag, red and small, a gift to myself from the first trip to Italy and socks, however barely visible.
And so is my styling today:
all in roses and with the roses!
